No. SpecRisk AI currently reviews project manual and specification text only. It does not analyze drawings, blueprints, quantity takeoffs, or CAD files.
How large can the PDF be?
The current upload limit is 30 MB per PDF.
What happens after upload?
Your PDF is stored privately while SpecRisk AI prepares a free preview. You can read the executive summary before paying. Detailed review items and suggested RFIs remain locked until you purchase the full report.
When is payment collected?
You pay only if you choose to unlock the full report. It costs $99 per document as a one-time purchase, with no subscription.
How is payment matched to my submission?

Contact support for duplicate charges, billing errors, or an unresolved system failure that prevents paid report access. Eph Labs LLC may issue discretionary goodwill refunds.
