SpecRisk AI is owned and operated by Eph Labs LLC.

If we are unable to process your uploaded document because of a technical issue or system failure, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are also available for duplicate charges or billing errors.

Once an AI-generated report has been successfully generated and delivered, refunds are generally not available because the digital service has already been performed.

Eph Labs reviews all refund requests individually.

This policy does not prevent Eph Labs LLC from issuing a manual goodwill refund at its discretion.
