SpecRisk AI is owned and operated by Eph Labs LLC.
Due to the digital nature of the SpecRisk AI analysis report, all sales are final and non-refundable once successful payment unlocks the full report and makes it available for your access, subject to the exceptions below and applicable law. Users remain entirely responsible for reviewing the original project documents and making final bidding decisions.
You can review the free executive summary preview before purchasing. Your payment purchases access to the full digital report, which is made available after successful payment confirmation. You do not need to open or download the report for the service to be delivered.
Subject to the exceptions below and applicable law, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, changed project plans, disagreement with the AI-generated findings, or a decision not to use or open an accessible report. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not professional advice.
Exceptions and billing support
This policy does not prevent correction of duplicate charges or billing errors. If a system failure prevents delivery of or paid access to the full report and we cannot resolve it, you may request a full refund. Eph Labs LLC may also issue a manual goodwill refund at its discretion. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
If a report email is missing, check your spam or junk folder and contact support for help accessing the report. A missing email alone does not mean the report is unavailable on the website.

Include the email used at checkout, your submission or payment reference, and a description of the issue. Eph Labs LLC reviews requests individually; submitting a request does not automatically approve or issue a refund.
This updated policy applies to purchases made after it is published. Earlier purchases remain subject to the policy applicable at the time of purchase.
