Request your promotional code

1. Email contact@ephlabs.ai with your name, email, location, and how you plan to introduce SpecRisk AI. An invitation from a family member or friend is fine; everyone needs their own approved code.
2. Wait for confirmation. We review the request, agree on payout arrangements, and assign a unique 20%-off code to an approved affiliate. An email request alone does not activate an affiliate account or code.
3. Use only the referral link and customer-facing code we send you, and make sure they are active before promoting them. Keep your affiliate contact email current so we can reach you about sales and payments.

Your referral link is permanent and reusable while your affiliate account and promotion remain active. There is no visitor or legitimate-sale cap on the link. Each visitor gets a separate 30-day attribution window. The first valid referral wins; repeat clicks do not replace it or restart the clock. A valid click after expiration starts a new window. Clearing cookies or using another browser may prevent us from recognizing an earlier visit.

Enrollment and sales updates are handled by email. No affiliate login is required; the owner dashboard is private. Do not email bank account numbers or other sensitive payout information with your request.

Know what you are recommending

SpecRisk AI reviews searchable PDF project manuals and specification books, not drawings or quantity takeoffs. The executive-summary preview is free. Detailed review items and suggested RFIs require a separate one-time purchase. Read the sample report before contacting anyone. Never promise that AI catches every issue or replaces professional review.

Start with people who review construction specs

Good fits include estimators, preconstruction managers, project managers, general contractors, and specialty subcontractor owners involved in bidding. Start with your existing professional network, then research relevant companies and their public team or contact pages. Check that the person actually works with project manuals.

You may target any geographic market where you can lawfully promote SpecRisk AI and where the service can be provided. Choose the country, region, or city that fits your audience; the program is not limited to a particular state or country. Do not claim multilingual document support or expertise in local regulations.

Use these searches as a starting point. Add a location or try different job titles to suit your market. Use site:linkedin.com/in to find public profiles and quotation marks for exact phrases. Results are research leads, not permission to email someone. See Google's search tips.

Research manually. Do not scrape profiles, bypass login restrictions, guess email addresses, or buy contact lists. Follow website and messaging-platform rules. Use business contact information only when outreach is permitted, and obtain consent wherever required by law or your email provider. AI-generated contact details need verification against an original source.

Optional contact log

If useful, keep a private record of the company, person, role, public source URL, reason they are a fit, contact permission, date contacted, and response. No outreach quota or activity report is required. Check prior opt-outs before every message. Do not collect project PDFs or private report links; customers should upload their own authorized documents directly to SpecRisk AI.

03 / Make the introduction

Send a personal, honest message

Use your preferred lawful promotional channels; this email template is optional. Customize it for your audience, include your unique referral link, replace every placeholder, and use your own name. Describe SpecRisk AI's capabilities and limitations accurately. Disclose your commission and any other relevant connection near the recommendation, as required by applicable rules. Do not use spam, misleading claims, fake testimonials, or unauthorized customer data. Do not claim you built the product or have used it unless that is true.

Before sending, replace the mailing-address field with a valid postal address you are authorized to use; ask us if you need guidance. Keep the promotional disclosure and working opt-out instructions. Monitor replies, stop contacting anyone who opts out, and notify contact@ephlabs.ai so suppression can be coordinated. Never send a template with unfinished placeholders.

04 / Earn and get paid

Your referral connects the purchase to you

1. Share your assigned referral link before the customer uploads. They can browse, upload their own PDF for a free preview, and decide whether to buy the full report. Documents submitted during their attribution window keep that referral even if the browser cookie later expires.
2. The customer starts checkout from their preview. For a referred document, the active affiliate discount is applied automatically and cannot be combined with another code. Without a saved referral, customers can still enter your code manually before paying. The qualifying purchase is $79.20 USD after the 20% discount on the $99.00 USD report.
3. Once payment is verified and attributed to your active affiliate code, a fixed $40.00 USD commission is recorded as pending. A visit, click, free upload, or preview alone does not earn a commission. Each distinct verified qualifying purchase earns one commission. A generic website link without your referral or code does not establish attribution, and missing referrals are not credited retroactively.
4. The standard commission holding period is 14 days from each purchase. Each sale keeps the eligibility date set when it was made. Qualifying, unreversed commissions become eligible for manual payment after that date; it is not a promise of an automatic transfer on that day.
5. Contact contact@ephlabs.ai using your affiliate email and code to request a sales update or arrange payment. We reconcile the qualifying sales, use the payout method agreed with you, and record the payment date and reference. There is no automatic affiliate payout or public earnings dashboard.

When a commission can change

Inactive or unregistered codes do not earn new commissions. Only the standard qualifying USD purchase with the assigned 20%-off code is commissionable; other prices, currencies, taxes, shipping, or stacked discounts do not qualify. A successful refund, including a partial refund, or a chargeback reverses the commission. Previously paid reversed commissions require reconciliation with us. Early payment is an owner-approved exception, not an entitlement. The holding period is not a customer refund window or a bank settlement schedule.
