Documents, submission data, generated reports, payments, and related communications may be processed using third-party services including OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and an email provider if configured. Those providers may process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, security controls, and legal obligations.

These Terms and any dispute related to SpecRisk AI are governed by the laws of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Users are solely responsible for bid decisions, estimates, pricing, contract review, professional consultation, project execution, and any consequences of relying on or not relying on SpecRisk AI output.
